Recognised as a rapidly rising star in the SAN / clustered storage market - ACC offer both primary product lines of Scale Computing storage products. 

All Scale Computing products are built on ICOS and utilise IBMs General Parallel File System (GPFS) - a file system used by many of the worlds top 500 supercomputers. The key benefit of ICOS is it's 'Scale Out' archicture, meaning that the more storage nodes you add to your cluster, the greater the storage performance can be achieved. This is not the case with many more expensive solutions built around the 'Scale Up' architecture.

ACC have performed extensive testing on ICOS in our test suite and found the solution to be extremely robust. 

Based on a £/GB - we have yet to identify any storage solution on the market that can better Scale Computings products.
